Meet Sam — 35 years on the floor

Sam McConnell has spent more than three and a half decades on the production floor of the retail packaging industry — folding cartons and two-piece set-up boxes — not behind a desk. He is not a print broker or an equipment reseller. He is the person manufacturers bring in when they need real-world knowledge and practical solutions that actually hold up at run speed.

Across his career Sam has owned production oversight, tool purchasing, and personnel management — and he has personally set up and run the machines. That combination of operational responsibility and hands-on craft is rare, and it is exactly what makes his guidance stick on the floor.
